La casa resulta acogedora y muy cómoda, las vistas desde la habitación del ático impresionantes. Únicamente encontramos a faltar determinados utensilios de cocina y algunos detalles de menaje que deberían renovarse. Bien en cuanto a ropa de cama y baño. La zona es cómoda para ir con niños, relativamente cerca de la preciosa playa de Berria, a la que incluso se puede ir andando (unos 25 minutos)y punto céntrico para excursiones por los bellos parajes cántabros.
