This apartment is ideal for people who enjoy quiet, residential surroundings because it is situated at 10 minutes walk from the beach, and 15 minutes walk from the town centre shops and restaurants.
There are three small but excellent local shops, including a butcher, all within 5 minutes walk, and all offering very helpful service and a perfectly adequate range of produce for self catering.
We have already booked for 2007.
The owner and his wife, who speaks a very little English, are very pleasant people.

Nunca habíamos estado en Chipiona y la verdad, nos encantó. Mi marido cogió unos días de vacaciones en marzo y pensamos que el mejor sitio sería el sur, por eso del buen tiempo; y el tiempo no fue bueno, fue magnifico, quitando un par de días que hizo un poco de fresco. Disfrutamos de unas playas larguísimas y solitarias, unos paseos marítimos estupendos para nosotros solos y de unas puestas de sol como pocas veces habíamos visto. El apartamento, muy limpio y luminoso, es simplemente delicioso. Está situado en una zona muy tranquila y silenciosa y a muy pocos minutos andando de la playa. A la zona más comercial del pueblo hay una caminata de quince minutos. Está dotado de una terraza magnifica que al estar al resguardo de la vista de las casas vecinas, goza de un aislamiento e intimidad envidiables. Los propietarios son muy atentos y solícitos.
