It offers up to 4 bedrooms: 2 doubles, 1 with 3 single beds and the last one being single for maximum 8 persons. There are 2 full bathrooms at your disposal and an additional toilet by the master bedroom. Loads of built-in wardrobes around. The lounge is equipped with a huge L shape sofa, very comfortable and leads to the dining table, then onto the separate fully equipped kitchen. You may exit the lounge and the kitchen directly to the garden.

The garden gathers mature palm trees, bringing lovely shading area all around the garden. The villa offers also large terrace space partially covered with awning. The garden has a barbecue at your disposal. You may park either just outside the house in the quiet street or you may decide to let your vehicle on the property under a covered carport area.

In short, this villa is great should you wish to spend your holidays at walking distance to the beaches, although you wish to benefit from your own private swimming pool.
