Beaches in Puerto del Rosario

Description

It is situated in a very quiet area, 13 Km far from the capital and 10 minutes from the airport. It is a small, traditional, restored house for two or three people, sun-wind energy and recycled water, rehused for the plants. It has got a bedroom, a kitchen-living room with fridge and CD-radio-cassette, and a bathroom. It also has a terrace with panoramic views.

The house is situated inland, far away from the tourist resorts, but very well linked. The nearest beach is ten minutes drive. You can do trekking or cycling. Furthermore there is an engraving and pottery workshop, where you can find works made with traditional, as well as modern techniques. You can take part in the care and replant of vegetation, if you want to.

C'est un charmant endroit très simple. Petite maison avec patio à l'abri du vent - il faut prévoir de louer une voiture à votre arrivée car nécessaire. Pour trouver l'endroit, prendre un taxi et noter le numéro de portable du responsable du logement (S. Lopez) indipsensable. Service minimum (linges propres). Assez isolé - personne voyageant seule pas l'idéal. Très dépaysant - et belles plages au nord à Corralejo (38km en voiture).

estuvimos los dias de "reyes" y la verdad es que nos sentimos como tales. La casa , sencilla ,pero muy acogedora y com todo lo necesario ,los dueños muy amables i el cielo , inmenso de estrellas. esta a la distancia ideal para visitar cualquier parte de la isla. muy recomendable.felicitats

Encontramos lo que buscabamos, tranquilidad y un buen "campamento base" desde donde empezar las excuriones para conocer la parte Norte de la Isla. Las camas son comodas, la cocina està perfectamente equipada y es muy funcional. El propietario , Silverio, està ahí para cualquier duda y no necesitas más.

Quien busca poder desconectar por un tiempo del desierto de la civilización, tal y como dijo el poeta éste es su sitio. Ha sido un verdadero oasis de paz.
