The rural houses La Estrella Polar, in Segovia, have been carefully thought out for your holidays or weekends , where you can watch the birdlife or night stars, collect mushrooms or blackberries, go cross-country skiing, hang gliding, abseiling or gliding, wander along the many paths by bike, paint a magnificent landscape... and all in all, enjoy Nature.
If you get tired, you will be able to recover by tasting the local gastronomy: A superb roast in a log oven or an exquisite “caldereta de pastor” (lamb stew), and for dessert a delicious Segovian 'ponche' cake or rice pudding.

Great location, by: Teresa - Ireland, 13/Sep/2008.We really enjoyed our week in La Estrella Polaris. The accommodation was good and the location fantastic for sightseeing. It's very peaceful yet all the key sights in Castille are an easy or manageable drive. The owner of the accommodation, Alcazar, was really welcoming & helpful in advising on best sights.

Hospitable welcome, beautiful house, very good beds, very clean and well appointed.Alcazár and her husband are so kindly and helpful. They told us very much about the area. You can make very much trips to Segovia and Madrid (one hour by car) and in the area there are so nice villages to visit. We have enjoyed us. It's a very good recommendation.

Diciembre 2005, by: David y Carol, .Hemos pasado cuatro días estupendos en esta casa. La casa es muy acogedora, con todo lo necesario y decorada con muy buen gusto. Además cuenta con la ventaja de que Alcazar, su dueña, es encantadora y ha estado en todo momento pendiente de que estemos bien, muchas gracias por todo.
UN FINDE ESTUPENDO , by: CYNTHIA, .Emos pasado un fin de semana de ensueño, la casa es peerfecta y las vistas alucinantes es o mejor para salir del estres de madrid, Maria Alcazares una mujer encantadora que nosindico lo que podiamos visitar en el fin de semana y la verdad que todo lo que nos indico era precioso, tambien hay que decir que la gente de arcones es majisima entramos en el estanco para pregutar y el dependiente era de lo mas majo y simpatico sin duda ninguna volveremos a la casa por qu es una mezcla alucinante!!!!!
