The liveable floor area is around 300 m 2, where you can find an American style kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, espresso coffee maker, toaster, juicer, food processor, micro-wave oven, vacuum cleaner and iron.
A large dinning room overlooking to the garden. You can enjoy a PC connected on internet by wifi system, and linked with a 32” T.V.; home cinema, hi-fi system, board games, T.V. in one room and central heating.

Is about 150 m 2, it has a garden with lawn and terrace. On the terrace, there is a private swimming pool, a large barbecue with lumber, table tennis and five bicycles.
