Description
Blessed with the most sun hours of Europe, Quinta Da Alfarrobeira is an ”all season” haven. Built in 1730, this enchanting 6-ha estate is situated in the countryside of the Algarve in Portugal only 5 km from Lagos and 1 km from the beach.
The house is surrounded by all kinds of little terraces with colourful flowers. Each terrace has its own atmosphere. The Quinta is named after the Alfarrobeira tree which stands next to the building. It is a huge carob tree, hundreds of years old. As the house is built on a hill, there are magnificent views of the rural country with its old almond, fig and olive trees. Even the distant mountains of the Monchique can be seen.

Somos usuarios habituales de casas rurales y estamos acostumbrados a todo tipo de alojamientos, pero este nos ha sorprendido por la manera de recuperar tiempos perdidos, todo se estanca en este paraiso y parece como si la vida fuera tan sencilla como observar el sol y la luna. Todo conserva su esencia natural y si quereis paz aquí la encontrareis.

- Na casa uma decoração com muito estilo e gosto para mobiliário antigo
- senhoria gira

- Não pode beber a água da torneira.
- O caminho à casa é muito mau.

Es un lugar extraordinario, una casa con un sabor único,tiene una autenticidad total en el concepto y en todos los elementos que han utilizado para crearla, tiene muchos espacios alrededor de la casa con montones de sabores tambièn, muchas plantas, arboles ,una piscina increible ....todo ello no deja de soeprenderte a cada momento.
Y esta en una zona muy cercana a la costa oeste, la mas bonita y menos desarrollada de todo el Algarve, con unas playas fantasticas.
