It is distributed as entrance hallway, 3 large bedrooms (one with two single beds and two with one double bed), a separate and very large kitchen, fully equipped, and a superb living/dining room. Spacious rooms are all over the house. Due to an elevated setting, the views are wonderful and the mature garden, largely planted, offers great recreational spaces: a newly built swimming pool area with wooden terraces as well as a summer kitchen with its barbecue corner.

You are located within a residential area of the village of Busot called Bonalba Alta, at about 10 min driving distance to the fantastic beaches of El Campello and San Juan de Alicante. The neighbourhood is quiet. Amenities at the village (3 min driving).
