Welcome to La Rondana del Dornajo, two independent rural tourism accommodations situated in the municipality of Montefrío and part of Western Granada. Like the majority of the Andalusian farmhouses of the area, La Rondana del Dornajo has been a family farm for agriculture and cattle farming, which enabled the owners to live a self-sufficient life.
It was bought by the current owners Victoria, Francisco and Luis in 1992. Their aim was to convert the old farm into the present day rural accommodation, recovering and preserving the typical architecture of the Andalusian farmhouses. Thanks to their restoration work, the visitor can today enjoy the comforts of modern day living in the rural setting of the beautiful province of Granada.Through the restoration of the building we managed to divide the farm into two independent accommodations that can also be rented as a whole:
