Description
A newly restored, typical Asturian house in a tranquil village 1 km from Arriondas and 7 km from the beautiful town of Cangas de Onis. The house has 3 floors. The first floor is a spacious open kitchen, dining room, livingroom with fully fitted kichen, fully furnished seating area (including double sofa bed), TV, dvd player and stereo.
The second floor has 2 double bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds) a west facing balcony adjoins the double bedroom and there is a fully fitted, large shower room. The top (attic) floor has been converted into an open plan large luxury bedroom with onsuite toilet and sink (this can be used for 2 single beds or can be changed for a double). There is a large, private garden with a terrace and barbecue and stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
