Las Violetas is a charming ground floor apartment, with private garden and communal swimming pool, five minutes on foot from the fine sandy beach Arenal d'en Castell on the north coast of Menorca. The sea is clear and calm, ideal for families. The apartment is in a small complex of eight apartments and communal swimming pool.

La maison est petite mais très agréable, très propre, joliment décorée, tout est à portée de main, très pratique pour y aller en famille et la plage située tout près de la maison est superbe! La propriétaire est charmante et toujours disponible pour aider lorsque nécessaire. Le seul bémol: Avoir des voisins à l'étage du dessus (qui ont été très bruyants la nuit dans notre cas) et avoir dû partager la piscine avec un groupe de jeunes très bruyants et mal éduqués une semaine sur deux.

Het appartement heeft ons heel goed bevallen. Het is volledig nieuw en gezellig ingericht. Het is gelegen in één van de de mooiste gebieden van het eiland. Het heeft een tuin en een zwembad waardoor we met volle teugen konden van het huis en de plaats genieten. Een 10 op 10!

Nos encanto este apartamento. Está situado en una de las mejores zonas de la isla. Tiene un jardín y una piscina que invitan a quedarse en casa. Un 10.
