The house is situated in the municipality of Pazos de Borbén, part of the Moscoso parish, in the province of Pontevedra. Pazos de Borbén is found in the Vigo ria. 15 minutes from the house, we can see the island of San Simón, the Rande Bridge and the whole of the Ría de Vigo (RÍAS BAJAS). The centre of Vigo is 30 minutes away and in the opposite direction, at a similar distance, is the city of Pontevedra.
It includes 4 bedrooms (3 double, all with an ensuite bathroom, and an extra room, with twin beds) and a shared bathroom. All the rooms have a television, and there is a fully equipped kitchen, lounge-dining room, garden (2,000 mts.) all totally fenced off and a car park.
