In the quiet residential area, at just 3 km of the well known coastal town of Tossa de Mar and 30 km from the capital of the province Gerona (with airport), this villa Cala Llevado was recently build. The villa has a wonderful sea view! Even in the summer this beach remains relatively quiet. The area (urbanisation) has many facilities, such as a supermarket, tennis courts, a beautifully situated large pool and a bar/restaurant. At the beach you can either relax at the terrace, rent a boat or take part in several other beach activities.

This villa was just recently finished, so everything is new, interior and exterior. The villa is fully equipped for six persons. The bedrooms, as well as the two bathrooms of the villa are situated on the first floor. There is a sofabed in the living. From the living room you enter the garden and terrace by a glass sliding door. Here you can enjoy the sun as well as the shade.
