Two storeys, the upper level has a lounge-dinnig room, a kitchen, a toilet-shower room and two big terraces. The lower level has 2 twin bedrooms, 1 smaller twin bedroom and a bathroom. Barbecue, washmachine, wave, tv,… Just a few minutes walk to shops, bars, chemist and restaurants and 10 minutes to the beach.

Muy recomendable, la verdad es que hemos quedado muy contentos con todo. A la casa no le falta de nada y la urbanizacion al lado de la playa es genial.Y el propietario muy atento y amable Salutacions Toni!Hasta la proxima!

Hemos estado en esa casa la segunda semana de Junio de 2008. Muy agradable y tranquila. Ibamos 4 adultos y 2 bebes y hemos estado muy comodos. La piscina es un gusto y la playa, quizá la mas amplia de Menorca, esta a un paso. Gracies Toni, molt agraits.

Estuvimos en S.Santa pasando unos días. La casa está muy bien, es muy cómoda y tranquila. El salón es bastante amplio y luminoso y hay buenas vistas. Además está bastante cerca de la zona comercial por lo que se puede ir dando un paseo hasta la zona de restaurantes y bares. La pena es que no nos pudimos bañar en la piscina, más que nada porque hacía un poco de frío pero nos quedamos con las ganas. A ver si volvemos en verano.
Por cierto, Toni nos indicó muy bien qué ver en la isla, es un buen anfitrión.
