I proprietari sono persone molto cordiali e disponibili.
L'appartamento è in buone condizioni, il bagno è grande. Unico difetto: sia il letto nella camera principale che quello nel salottino sono ad una piazza e mezzo.
In 5-10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la stazione metro di Plaza Castilla: da lì con la metro in circa 15-20 minuti si arriva nel cuore di Madrid.
