A Casa apesar de estar um pouco distante da praia para ir a pé (principalmente para quem tenha crianças), têm uma garagem privativa a 10m da praia o que é excelente.
Está muito bem equipada e está situada numa zona bastante previligiada.
Es termos gerais (localização, higiene, etc) está em excelentes condições.
