Description

This is a new modern apartment with an excellent location next to the beach and fully equipped with all type of amenities.

The area is blessed with superb beaches, unspoilt countryside and countless restaurants for alfresco eating. For the sporting minded there are a wealth of activities such as water sports and sailing, tennis and world renowned golf courses.

•Reservations are secured on payment of 30 % of the rentals with the balance collected 6 weeks prior to arrival.

•A deposit of 250 Euros is retained in addition to the rentals as security against damages and/or against exceptional cleaning charges. This deposit or part thereof may be refunded after final inspection of the property.

•Check IN: 16.00h / Check OUT: 12.00h

•Cancelation fee: the reservation fee is non refundable if cancelation is made within the 10 days prior to the arrival date.

•Bed linen will be changed once a week.

•Fresh Towels will be changed twice a week.
