Tivémos vizinhos franceses extremamente mal educados (jovens despreocupados com a impressão transmitida...), fazendo muito barulho. O chão dos apartamentos é todo em tijoleira, pelo que qualque ruido se propaga pelos restantes apartamentos. A apresentação dos apartamentos e nível de equipamento é bom.
