The building Teresita IV is situated in the upper Ampurdan, in the Residential Marina of Empuriabrava, the largest in Europe, with its navigable canals and direct access to the Mediterranean.

The building has a lift, swimming pool, outdoor parking facilities and the private port with 4 moorings for our guest of 2.5 m x 11 m.

In the surrounding area, we find the famous Dalí Museum, Port Lligat (the residence of Dalí), the Aiguamolls de Emporda Nature Reserve, golf courses and its magnificent gastronomy, (just 14 km away we find, among others, the famous restaurant El Bulli).

The building has 10 apartments:

- 4 apartments with 1 room and a sofa bed, sleeping three people.
- 2 apartments with 1 room, sleeping two people.
- 1 apartment with 2 rooms and a sofa bed, sleeping five people.
- 1 apartment with 2 rooms for four people (possibility of 5).
- 2 apartments-lofts with 2 rooms sleeping four people, with a 29 m2 terrace and sea, mountains and canal views.
