The ground floor has three bedrooms, 2 double and one twin. The lounge has some lovely views of the sea and in the summer the sun sets directly opposite. It has a fireplace for the winter. It also includes a sheltered terrace with a dining table and a sofa.
Upstairs there is a 100 m2 suite, with some incredible views of the sea and with the double bed ovelooking the horizon.
The garden is very well looked after, and for those of you who like hydrangeas, you will love the display. The garden table is situated under a tree (Tamarind) where you can enjoy the shade and a delicious barbecue.
It is also ideal for children, given that it is located in the centre of a closed estate and away from the centre of Suances
