The apartment is within a complex on a hill in front of the beach with an excellent sea view.
Communal areas with gardens and swimming pools are well kept. Restaurants, shops and access to the golf course are a mere 5-10 minutes walk.
The beach is 500 m away from the apartment and just 20 m from the entrance of the complex. The beach, with 17 km of sand and open coves, is mostly unspoilt.
Nearest golf course, Marina Golf Club, is just below the terrace.
The complex is 10 min drive from the old town of Mojacar and 5 mins from the village of Garrucha.

Un estupendo alojamiento, muy tranquilo y agradable, tan sólo como fallo las escaleras hasta el garaje, el trato excepcional, tuvimos un problemilla con la plancha y al día siguiente nos dieron una nueva. Fenomenal para ir con niños. Las piscinas estupendas, muy limpias. Muy recomendable en todos los aspectos.
