Cerca de Marquitabela is a recently modernized Alentejo farmhouse (monte) in a 12Ha property of old olive, fig and almond trees. The nearest town is Vale de Vargo, close to the border with Spain.
The house includes a fair-sized living room with fireplace and adjoining kitchenette, a large bedroom with a bathroom "en suite" and two smaller rooms which share the second bathroom; there is also a separate storeroom.
The large bedroom and one of the smaller rooms have double beds. The other room has two single beds. The living room has two differently sized sofas. The front opens to a wide outdoor terrace next to the 9 m-long swimming pool.

Eu e a minha família adorámos as férias que passámos em Setembro, calmas, rodeados de mtos bichinhos ; a vida que eu gostaria de ter, longe da confusão e do stress. Os caseiros são pessoas mto simpáticas e prestáveis.Voltaremos a repetir em breve. Aproveito para dar uma opinião, para melhorar, seria bom que o frigorífico fosse maior, pois para 6 pessoas tornasse pequeno e não congela mto bem. Alerto para o promenor da ligação dos dois quartos, o que se torna desagradável nas idas ao WC. Até breve. Esperando estas melhorias. Gostámos mto.
