the flat is at really nice situation,is equipped with a/c but actually you dont need because the flat has very good circulation ,the terrace is very big ,owners were very cooperative,there are lots of beaches very close from there,very peaceful area and the price is reasonable.

El apartamento está muy bien y limpio, la zona es muy tranquila,la playa esta bien, pero lo malo es que hay más de cuarto de hora andando a todos los sitios cercanos (la playa, el supermercado,el club naútico, el pueblo de Guardamar)
