The modern and well furnished vacation home lies in a housing estate "Residencial Isla Grosa" with a marvelous view over the lagoon Mar
Menor.
The promontory La Manga del Mar Menor, which separates the lagoon from the Mediterranean, is 200 - 500 m broad sand bank. One has here everywhere the selection between the broad and long feinsandigen beaches of Mediterranean or Lagune.
La Manga is an all-season Dorado for water sportsmen. The water temperatures of the lagoon are usually about 5 degree over those of the Mediterranean because of the Costa Calida. With one nearly always radiating blue sky, La Manga ranks among the most beautiful holidays areas at the Mediterranean. Here one experiences the sunrise over the Mediterranean and unforgettable sunsets over the salt lake Mar Menor.
The climate on La Manga is here conceivablly favorable, so that one always speaks of eternal spring on La Manga. The water temperature is here warm during the entire yearly pleasantly. Already the Romans used the welfare strength of the warm mineral-rich seawater of the Mar Menor.
Differently from the regular rental, you can arrive also on the Sunday or Monday. For the new guests, the next Saturday must be free.
