This apartment is in the upper floor, inside the housing estate Playas de Fornells, built in the typical architecture style of Menorca with spectacular views.
It owns 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 beds, complete bathroom, living room and terrace.
Fornells, very well-known by its gastronomy, is nearby.
The owners will give you 50% of discount on sailing trips on a sailing catamaran for 10 people. And 50% of discount on rental kayaks.
The situation of this apartment is superb: 20 Km to Mahón and 23 Km to Ciudadella. About 15 Km to the South you will enjoy of several unspoilt beaches and the bests restaurants.

Este apartamento es como un regalo: vistas espléndidas, con muchas comodidades, trato amable y formal por parte del dueño y cerca de todos los lugares emblemáticos de la isla. Todo perfecto.¡¡¡ Esperamos repetir!!!
Fornells, by: a traveller, 05/Jul/2008.Vam estar a l'apartament del passeig marítim de Fornells, i vaser molt xulo. Tenia una terrassa enorme amb vistes al port de Fornells, i la veritat és que ho vam gaudir moltíssim. És un poble molt tranquil i està ubicat al mig de l'illa, amb la qual cosa pots accedir a totes les plàtges en un temps record!
L'apartament està molt ben equipat (la tele una mica petita!).

by: fanny, 23/Jun/2008.el apartamento esta muy bien situado, tiene de todo lo que necesites, es una zona muy tranquila con vistas espectaculares e inmejorables, para repetir todos los años. Ademas hay a 200 mtrs restaurante , supermercado y playa.
Encantador, by: Anna, 15/Jan/2007.El apartamento es muy bonito. Tiene una terraza con vistas al mar donde muchos días nos quedabamos relajados admirando la puesta de sol. Salimos con el catamarán y nos llevaron a una playa cercana que solo tiene acceso por mar y lo pasamos muy bien.
