Small apartment with 3 dormitories, more hall and cooks equipped. Outside, elevator, air conditioning with independent programmer in each room. Zone university. Old district. Tuna, modern, cosy, furnished and equipped the necessary thing for a comfortable stay yet. Comfortable for 3 people.

Hay buenas combinaciones de autobuses y las paradas están cerca.
Aunque es una zona con mucha vida es poco ruidosa ya que el trafico no pasa por la misma calle sino por una avenida que está una manzana detras.
El edificio es antiguo aunque el piso está muy arreglado y limpio. Piso pequeño pero bien equipado.
En la calle hay una tienda que abre hasta los domingos por la tarde y hay dos supermercados a 2 minutos. En la zona hay bares muy típicos de Zaragoza y teniamos dos restaurantes asiaticos... [See more]

el piso esta sucisimo,los colchones son de gomaespuma y los somieres estan fatal y son de alambres.Si vas con niños pequeños no es recomendable tiene un club de alterne a cada lado del portal y en una esquina chicas de alterne haciendo la calle. El olor al entrar al portal asi como dentro del piso es insoportable.
