The recently built apartment has a living room with sofa-bed, flat screen TV, wi-fi, dining room and kitchen facilities. There is a loft space with two twin beds and a separate bedroom for two more. The convenient location is right in the heart of Sevilla, in the recently refurbished Alameda neighborhood.

Perfect !!!!, by: Mike, 28/Sep/2009.Our visit couldnt have gone more smoothly. Ths beautiful apartment was spotless and the hosts very helpful. It is located just off the Alameda Plaza with restaurants, bars and every possible amenity. We would recommend this location to people of any age.
