Description

Beautiful penthouse apartment on the second floor of the building. East, west and north facing, cool in summer. Superb sea views. 300 m from beach.

It has a living-dining room, inside and terrace dining area, Satellite TV, a twin bedroom, another large bedroom with 2 beds+extra bed, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.

There are two swimming pools within the housing estate. Also many shops nearby.

En todos los años de mi vida, en vacaciones, el mejor sitio que e estado, muy tranquilo, sin ruidos, vamos que vamos a repetir siempre que sea posible. Por ultimo, debeis probar el sitio es superideal e inolvidable. Muy buen ambiente vecinal. Que pena que se me han acabado las vacaciones ¡OZU! Si alqilais, vais a estar de miedo. Fdo. El apartamento está muy bien, tiene dos habitaciones pero es muy amplio, confortable y muy bien equipado. No tiene aire acondicionado pero no resulta muy caluroso. Las fotos se ajustan a la realidad. Está a unos 300 metros de la playa, pero tiene facil acceso.

Está en una zona de urbanizaciones tranquila que aun no está masificada. No obstante con el coche puedes visitar otras playas más vírgenes.

Cuidado con los mosquitos.

En efecto ese verano hubo mucho mosquito, pero ya desde el año 2006 el Ayuntamiento de Vera está fumigando para que la zona esté libre de mosquitos. No hay que preocuparse.
