Luxury villa in Salteras,8 Km from Seville, very calm place situated in a privated resort close to the center of the Salteras Town.
* The house has 2 floors, 11 beds in 4 bedrooms, 1 living room and fire place, 1 dinning room 8/10 people, 3 bathroom inside and 1 bathroon in the garden, kitchen, mezzanine, terrace 50 m, 1000 m private garden, private swimming pool.
You can enjoy the big swimming pool (25x16m) belonging to the residence and children swimming pool with free lifegard service, free tennis and basketball facilities.
In 3 min walking you will find a bus stop who drives you direct to the Seville city center. You could find good restaurants, pharmacy, library, supermarket in the Salteras town center only 500 m from the house. The nearest hospital is a 3 km.
The Costa de la Luz beaches are at 70/80 Km, and the Isla Mágica thematic park is 5 km.

Un chalet bien ubicado para hacer un recorrido por las provincias occidentales de Andalucía, especialmente Sevilla. También es un buen lugar para descansar, pues es una zona silenciosa. Está bien, aunque le falta una barbacoa, pues el jardín que tiene lo requiere.
