Description
With its lovely sea views and nearby beach,this privately owned apartment sleeps 4 (plus a fold-up bed suitable for a child). It is only 500 metres from the middle of Nerja, the Balcon de Europa, where there are a multitude of bars & restaurants.
The south-facing balcony faces the sun until mid-afternoon. The kitchen was completely refurbished in 2004 (new fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven and cooker etc). The bathroom was then re-furbished completely in 2005 with a new shower and bathroom furniture. There is also a washing machine, iron, hair-drier etc.The sun-roof, with stunning views of the sea and mountains, has been newly furnished with sunbeds, chairs and tables for use by our visitors.

This is one of the best locations in Nerja, overlooking the beautiful beach of Burriana. The appartment is fully equiped and the owners are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. Thanks a lot for a wonderfull holiday, we will surely come back and visit Nerja again.

Home from home apartment,very clean and organized,exellent location for shops and eating out while still being private.Owners very nice and a pleasure to deal with,very helpfull and informative.Will certainly come back again.
