Two story terrace house (180 m2), built in 2000. The complex has 32 houses, mainly Spanish families, in a gated estate. It has a communal swimming-pool, lawns and a large playground area.
The distance to the beach is some 600 yards (15’ minutes walk).
Ground floor:Entrance hall with two flights of stairs: to bedrooms and to garage (not for rent).
Living-room (18 sq.m) with sofas (one can be used as extra bed), fire-place, sat TV, Hi-Fi, ceiling fan and dining area. Toilet room with hand-basin. Kitchen with gas fires, fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle, etc...Breakfast room with four seats. Back private patio with shrubs, barbecue and garden table and chairs. Downstairs there is a store area with a folding bed if needed.
First floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, built-in-wardrobe, fan; facing E. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, built-in-wardrobe, fan; facing E. Shower room with hand-basin, toilet and bidet.
