AThe property is offered on a self catering basis and comprises:

Ground Floor: Large entrance hall, with stairs to the first floor. Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, with fish and wok burners and an electric oven. There is also a separate utility room outside with both a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge and dining areas lead from the kitchen and have satellite TV (transmitting channels in English), a DVD and CD/Radio. There is also a selection of DVD's for all members of the family. Also on the ground floor is one double bedroom and a family bathroom with W.C., wash hand basin and bath with shower over. There is also a self contained unit on this floor comprising one twin bedroom and an en-suite shower room. In addition there is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate dressing room.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom consisting of a W.C., wash hand basin and a bath with shower over. A twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large playroom can also be found on this floor.

The outside area has terraces along with various seating areas amongst the fruit trees and flower beds.
