The 'noises from the street' come from Summer Nigth Parties in Campo São Francisco, nearby, and they ocurr exclusivly during the weekends of August.

So nice place at the best street in the town! New, large, clean, homely flat.
Owners are very nice and solid people.
We spent there wonderful week.

Very clean, very close to the main city, parking space great, very comfortable, lots of room, great location, I enjoyed my stay, the owners are very good people.
