This is an apartment we very much would like to recommend. Both the hosts and the apartment are in top class. Joseba and Nerea are the most helpful, they give advice to restaurants, sights and shops and help you out with all kind of questions. The apartment is modern and has great space. Four bedrooms made well enough room to two couples, a youth and two children in our group. The kitchen and living-room is fully equipped with whatever you need for a everyday life, so for a holiday this is really in top league. And in the basement there even are a double garage. At first we couldn't really believe how great the apartment was so we figured out the catch maybe was the distance to the beach and city centre. But no, it actually is just a short easy walk to Ondaretta Beach. In less than 10 minutes you have walked the 1 km and you'll find the fantastic bay of San Sebastian. The city is just the best. The scenic beauty, the beaches, the old town, the history, its people….it is magnificent.

A very warm welcome from Jose and Nererea. Then they helped orientate us re. shopping, restaurants, beauty spots and beaches. They were most kind and helpful.
The accommodation was very spacious and tastefully furnished - it enabled us to have a most enjoyable family holiday with 4 children / young adults as their bedrooms were separated from our own double bedroom with its ensuite shower room.
The utility room where we could hang up wet clothes (after washing them in the washing machine) also enabled us to have a tidy aprtment - most of the time!!

The apartment at Urnieta in the Antiguo part of town exceeded our expectations. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and each had their own spacious room. The decor was elegant and the apartment like new. The walk to the beach was a short 10 minutes and we never had to wait more than 10 minutes for the bus into the city. The neighborhood, and entire city of San Sebastian, was clean, beautiful, safe and livable. I recommend this apartment and the Gipuzkoa area. We rented a car for a day and drove to France - only a 20 minute drive. But you don't need a car at all - the trains and buses are excellent. Thank you for a lovely vacation Joseba and Narea!

Nous venons de séjourner en famille dans cet appartement ; l'emplacement est très agréable, au calme et à 10 mn à pied de la plage. Le logement est vaste, bien aménagé et décoré avec goût. Nous y reviendrons...

This is an excellent option. THe apartment is new, well located, with all the necessary ammenities to spend a wonderful family vacation. IN addition, the owners are extremely nice and helpful. We strongy recommend it

Pasamos esta semana santa tres parejas con dos niños pequeños, el piso es muy amplio y luminoso; nuevo y en una zona céntrica y tranquila. Nerea y Joseba, (los dueños), encantadores, nos propusieron sitios y lugares a conocer, son buen ejemplo de lo buena gente que son los donostiarras. Lástima que la semana santa dure tan poco. Gracias por la hospitalidad y hasta pronto ¡¡¡¡¡

Estuvimos tres semanas entre Agosto y Septiembre. Un piso completo, muy cómodo, con buenos accesos. La atención directa de sus propietarios lo hace más acogedor, un servicio integral. Sin duda, recomendable 100%. Zona muy tranquila, de noche se escuchan sapitos y grillos.

Estuvimos este octubre una semanita y nos parecio del todo acojedor. El piso es una maravilla de comodo y grande, en una zona supertranquila, bien comunicado y los propietarios nos dieron un monton de facilidades para instalarnos toda la familia y el trato fue excelente. La verdad que nos fuimos con una muy buena sensación y lo recomiendo sinceramente.

Nosotros estuvimos el mes de Agosto en la Semana Grande y nos gustó mucho, es una casa muy bonita,tranquila, amplia, cómoda y totalmente equipada. Está muy bién comunicada, tiene un buén transporte público que en un momento te lleva al centro sin necesidad de coger el coche. Los propietarios de la casa son una pareja muy agradable, nos facilitaron toda clase de información de sitios para visitar, restaurantes,etc. "Os lo recomiendo"
