This is a very nice house, clean, well equipped and with space for a large family. Even though the house is not old it has style and charm. The location in Sete Cidades gives a good access to the everyday life in a small Acorean village, where people have time to say Bom Dia and look into your eyes when passing. The surrounding landscape is overwhelming, and the village is an excellent base for walks along the lakes and to the magnificent views from the crater's edge.

The house is very nice with all one needs for a good holiday. It is located in a beautiful village with a local shop nearby. One has to go to the city for meat and fish etc, but the shop does offer the basics like bread,butter and so on. I highly recommend this house to anyone contemplating a holiday in Sao Miguel.

We stayed in the second accommodation in the back of the estate, and we had 2 great, relaxing weeks. Lovely little house, suitable for up to 4 persons. Excellent state and full equipment. There's even a small fireplace. The house was built in traditional style in early 2007. Fair rates.

The owners - a local couple who lived in the US for years - and their family are most helpful, friendly and cordial people.

Sete Cidades is a cosy village and a good starting point to explore the west and center of S. Miguel. I recommend a coffee in the small bar near the church (excellent), some fresh bread from the local old-style bakery (delicious), a hike into the mountains for a view over the twin lakes and a walk around the caldera (fantastic). In case it's cloudy, take a trip to the coast; usually conditions are different there. Natural pools at Mosteiros. However, be aware it's a rural area - you might hear some cocks and dogs at night.

Gostámos do local, da casa e das pessoas. Fomos simpaticamente atendidos e a casa é espaçosa e está numa zona calma. Bem equipa para uma familia numerosa (somos 5) e ainda sobra para alguma visita de surpresa.

A casa é muito simpática, está decorada com gosto e tem uma vista fantástica - está praticamente dentro do mar. E a d. Conceição Ferreira foi atenciosíssima. Foi uma óptima experiência.

Uma casa maravilhosa para passar umas férias em família e/ou com os amigos. Envolvidos pela mais bela paisagem açoriana, gente acolhedora, com a praia dos Mosteiros e as águas termais da Ponta da Ferraria mesmo ao lado torna-se um ponto de partida privilegiado para explorar esta fantástica ilha! Se forem em Agosto podem também participar nas Festas de S. Nicolau!

Maison très bien,et très belle. Proprio très acceuillant. Située dans la région de Sete Cidades, très bien pour les marcheurs aimant la randonnée pedestre. 5 minutes marche pour arrêt autobus vers P.Delgada. Location de voiture est de mise pour visiter l'Ile.

A casa tem optimas condições, é nova e está mobilada com muito bom gosto! Os donos são um casal muito amavel e prestativo da Ilha de S. Miguel.
A casa está situada numa das mais belas paisagens da ilha de S. Miguel, a espectacular lagoa das 7 cidades. Fica perto da Ferraria (um local unico onde podemos tomar um banho quente em pleno oceano atlantico). Ideal para passeios a pé ou de carro.
Conheço 7 das 9 ilhas dos Açores e recomendo vivamente umas ferias inesqueciveis em S. Miguel!
