An ideally situated apartment, very tastefully decorated. A perfect pied a terre for a couple looking to enjoy the delights of Lisbon. All sites of interest are within easy walking distance. Would certainly use the apartment again when next in Lisbon. The owner, Snr. Rui Costa, was most charming and helpful.

We were delighted during our stay in this apartment. It is very cozy, with contemporary furniture and a touch of antiques, with high ceilings and a balcony overlooking the Luis de Camoes Square. The apartment is well equipped if you want to cook but you don’t really need to since there are loads of restaurants to go in the area. The location is great, close to Bairro Alto neighborhood (less than 5mins walk) with plenty of bars and restaurants and situated in the neighborhood of Chiado itself, at 5 mins walk from the shopping district of Lisbon. The underground is close to the apartment (150m.) but you don’t really need to take it much since the apartment is very central. I do recommend this apartment to everybody who wants to spend a lovely stay in Lisbon. I do deeply recommend to everybody to visit also Sintra and Costa Caparica, more than 10km of fine sandy beach just at the other side of the 25 of April Bridge. Before I finish, I have to say that the Landlord, Mr. Gomes Costa, was very friendly and helpful with us. The day we arrived he was with us for 30 minutes explaining things to us and giving us helpful tips about Lisbon and the Lisbon Region. He was also of assistance explaining me things the days before my departure towards Lisbon. Thank you so much for everything.

We have spent one week in this wonderful apartment right in the center of Historic Lisbon. It is easy to reach from the airport by public transport or taxi. We found it very nice furnished and decorated. It’s a quiet, clean and safe place to stay. Finding all shops and restaurants for daily needs within some minutes walking is easy. All sites of interest are simply accessible from here. A five day pass gives you access to the inner city’s entire tram, metro and bus network. We are very happy to learn to know about Lisbon. For photography enthusiasts like us the city is a paradise.

Realmente un fantastico lugar, fuimos con 3 ninos pequenos, los cuales pasaran fantastico!
Muy comodo, amplio y bien localizado. El dueno un lujo, super atento y nos ha dado tips increibles sobre lugares, etc. Para volver a pasar mas tiempo, y aprovechar la casa! Obrigada Rui, e parabens!

Estivemos em Lisboa no ano passado. Alugamos esse apartamento que é muito bem localizado e que nos proporcionou conhecer a cidade de dia e de noite. Este ano viajaremos para outros lugares mas quando voltarmos a Lisboa, certamente entraremos em contato com voces.

Lo mejor del apartamento es su ubicación, con cruzar una calle te encontrás en la plaza de Camoes que siempre está llena y con muy buen ambiente y a al cruzar esta plaza estarás en la zona de restaurantes y de marcha con una ambiente muy especial, en agosto todos los días parecen sábado.
El apartamento está bien, el problema más destacado es el olor de las cañerías del cuarto de baño pero este mismo olor se siente en la calle en algunas zonas de Lisboa.
El dueño es muy agradable, nos comentó zonas a visitar.

Realmente es excelente el apartamentico, a pesar que es pequeño es acojedor, tiene una excelente ubicación (cerca de todo: metro, tren, tranvía, taxi). Rui, excelente comensal, atento, amable, full pendiente de todo. Me encantó y al siguiente año regresé a Lisboa y lo volví a alquilar, y cuando vuelva lo volveré a hacer.

El apartamento perfecto, el lugar perfecto, las dimensiones perfectas para una pareja, pero el lavabo despedia mal olor al llegar la tarde, supongo que es un problema de los bajantes de la comunidad. Y el colchon de la cama era muy incomodo, pero a pesar de ello es muy recomendabel!!!

El apartamento, muy bien localizado esta en perfectas condiciones de manutencion y limpieza. Poco despues de su estadia hemos verificado que la
cañeria del baño estava entupida, situacion que a esta corregida. El colchon és ortopedico e de excelente calidad (tiene menos de 1 año). Despues del comentario hemos verificado que la cama estava partida (en una de las patas) lo cual por cierto ha hecho a cama moverse mucho. De todas formas la cama ya ha sido substituida por uma nueva.

Diese Wohnung befindet sich in einer fantastischen Gegend, nämlich in Chiado. Von dort aus ist sowohl mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, als auch zu Fuß, alles schnell und bequem zu erreichen.

Die lebhafte Gegend ist auch entsprechend laut. Deshalb spürt man in der Wohnung den Lärm des täglichen und nächtlichen Alltages.

Es ist eine ideale Wohnung für eine Stadtreise. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich es nicht empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Zurzeit besteht im Badezimmer ein unangenehmer Geruch. Dieses habe ich dem Vermieter mitgeteilt. Er wird will dieses Problem umgehend beheben.
