Wow!,

What can I say? After staying in many apartments all over the world, this one is the best. Huge apartment, great view, comfortable beds, everything you need and a great owner who keeps to his word and more importantly keeps you informed. Mr Brandao gave me all the details I asked for on trips to Braga etc, bus and metro fares and times - Superb!
Fabulous View!,

Apt. was spotlessly clean, spacious, kitchen well equipped to cook a large meal. Full size fridge and washer. Sheets on beds were crisp and clean and well as the blankets and duvets. Location is not touristy and has a nice little cafe on ground floor and a well-stocked small supermarket next door. This mini-mercado has fruit, vegetables, wine, cheese, meat, etc., etc. - well priced that it wasn't necessary to go to a larger supermarket. We slept every night with the sliding door to our bedroom open and the area was very quiet.
Our favourite short day trips (we had a car rental) were to Esposende for the beach and an excellent restaurant for lunch facing the ocean; Guimaraes for history and Vila do Conde - charming and also a couple of excellent resturants for lunch.
Mr. Brandao always answered my emails promptly. He was not quite accurate when he said "Nice View" - it's a "Fabulous View" from both bedrooms. Even the kitchen and living room have nice views. My husband and I would not hesitate to stay here again should we revisit Porto.

We found the apartment met all our needs, clean, spacious, the owner gave excellent instructions on how to get to the apartment, the view from the small bedroom balcony was truly breathtaking.

perfect flat, not only when you are travelling by car (car park + 5min to the motorway + 5min to the center of town) but also because public transport is working very very well and walking 20min to the center along the wine-cellars and the river douro is not bad at all.
bar, minimarket, butcher - all around the corner.
the flat itself is amply and well equipped.
the communication with mr.rui brandão was very good - everything went well.

We had a short stay here (5days). The apartment was perfect - so close to the port lodges making walking into town a pleasure. It is very well equipped and its location next to a super bakery is ideal - fresh croissants and rolls for breakfast each morning! The housekeeper was very welcoming and Mr. Brandao was very helpful and speaks excellent English. Porto is a super location for a short city break - plus if you want to hire a car there are lots of interesting towns close by.
vraiment super !,

Amplement satisfaite!
