The owner gave us detailed information of the apartment, surrounding area, good restaurants and places of interest which were all very useful. The apartment is on the edge of the small town with easy parking practically outside.
The beds were comfortable and the accommodation was just right for the three of us. We were very lucky to have hot weather and made good use of the large outside terrace.
Excellent apartment,

We stayed here for a fortnight in June 2010. The weather was unusually poor for the first week and we were glad of such a comfortable, very well equipped apartment. It is situated close to the delightful town and resort of Comillas and is an ideal base for touring the coast and the Picos de Europa.Owner Danny was a pleasure to deal with,
helpful and informative.
Comfortable relaxing setting,

This apartment is very comfortable and clean with good kitchen. It was a cosy place to stay in the winter time. The owners are lovely and helpful. It's a good base to explore the region, but would be best for people with a car. We managed to see surrounding towns using public transport and walked into Comillas on most days to do our grocery shopping.
Excellent apartment,

Clean, comfortable apartment with good space. Good clothes space & we really appreciated no sagging beds or chairs! Plenty of short or long walks in & around the vicinty & an easy walk into delighful Comillas. Superb beaches in close proximity. Local shops very good, for larger supermarket choice would recommend Lupa at Cabazon de Sal. We found the formations in the caves at El Soplao most interesting. Danny was the ideal landlord - friendly & full of helpful, useful advice. Plenty of local information provided, no excuse for missing anything!
well appointed appartment in a great area,

This appartment has all the (new) mod-cons you could need on holiday and is only a very short walk to a great beach. The town is popular with spanish tourists due to its unusual architecture and is very quiet in the evenings out of season. This area of spain is fantastic: In addition to nice towns and villages nearby, real highlights (possibly best seen in spring and autumn), are The Caeres Gorge (Poncebos: amazing and easy walk with scenery more typical of a difficult climb), Fuente De Cable car to great walking spot and viewpoint, and Lake Ercina. All of these are a little way away, but the drive is beautiful also.
Owner was very helpful and accommodating, making this very easy to organise (also very easy to get to from santander airport in a car).
Appartment is sufficiently well appointed to make it a good place to stay in any month of the year.

This new apartment is comfortable and has been kept in really good condition with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable holiday.
Located on the outskirts of Comillas the town is only a 15 minute walk away. The location is perfect to relax in after a busy day sun bathing or site seeing.
Danny, the owner has alot of local knowledge about the area which was really helpful, and he even had a bottle of wine waiting for us on our arrival.
Comillas has a variety of bars and restaurants in and around the square. Our favourite was El Galleon - well worth a visit.
We would recommend renting a car as there are plently of beaches in the area. Playa de Comillas is the closest and Playa de Ombre is about 4km away.
The Picos is only about an hours drive away and if you get the chance I would visit them.

Good, comfortable apartment with all necessary equipment. Owner very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. Comillas is an outstanding town, with a lot to see and do. Apartment in a quiet location at the edge of town, a 20 minute walk to the beach and town, along a busy road with no pavement in places.Santillana well worth a visit and nearby Playa de Tagle, along a scenic route. The drive to Potes is also good. Comillas is well worth a day or two's exploration. Gravalosa restaurant in the centre of town and the supermarket opposite here has a large choice of food.
good apartment good location helpful owner,

Good apartment and location for a family. The apartment is in a quiet new development, about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Comillas itself, which has good places to eat, cultural tourism and good beach.
Apartment itself is clean and confortable. Owner was very helpful with lots of information about best places to eat and visit.
The apartment is a good base from which to explore Cantabria. San Vicente de la Barquera (food), Altamira, Puente Viesgo (caves), Santander (shopping & beach) are all good day trips by car, if you don't fancy travelling far Cobreces and Santillana are very close.

Appartement très bien situé, propre, fonctionnel et le propriétaire vous accueille très bien et vous conseille également très bien. De plus le proppriétaire est minimum trilingue ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Très bon souvenir. A une prochaine fois.
