We were 7 people. Perfect apartment, very well equiped, large rooms and living room. Very close to the centre, shops, all in walking distance.
Surely recommend it.

We stayed in this apartment for four nights with 6 adults and 3 small children. It is a really spacious apartment, beautifully decorated with lots of living space - plenty of space for the children to run around. There was a childrens playground right outside the front door. the owner was very helpful showing maps of the area etc. The location of the apartment was perfect - across the road from place d'espana.
would definetely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for group accomodation in madrid.
just to confirm though - there are 3 bedrooms in the apartment. There is another space that can be used as a bedroom but it is a room off the main living area and can convert into a sleeping area at night time. lots of shops, restaurants, cafes etc on the doorstep and the bus stop for the open top bus tour of the city is also outside.

We had a family reunion (7 persons) during the Xmas week 2009 and everybody enjoyed this very spacious and tastefully decorated apartment. A great place to stay in the center of Madrid!

We stayed in this apt for eight days. It's right in the heart of Madrid very close to the underground station.
Although it's so central it's very quiet because
it's on a pedestrian street.
The apt is fully equipped and spacious and it has its own character because it's full of paintings.We had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.We were a party of 7 people but I think 8-9 can stay there.
The owner is very helpful and kind and he helped us out when our luggage went missing at arrival.He made all the necessary calls and he even drove us to the airport. I would like to help him once again for that.
I would certainly recommend it for an unforgettable stay in Madrid.I wish I can stay there once again!

A very comfortable appartment in the centre of Madrid. We, 3 couples, stayed there a week in may 2007. The beds are very good, the owner gives good information, par exemple foor restaurants in the neighbourhood. Metro is at the opposite side of the road. Een absolute aanrader

This is the best apartment in Europe I have ever rented (of about 10). It is huge and has even more space than listed. It is great for a family with kids because there is a lot of space to play and relax. I also got a lot of work done because there is an office area and seating for reading. It has everything in the kitchen you could need- spices, oils, etc. The owner is extremely nice and very, very helpful. He has maps, books, etc. all waiting for you. The 2 bathrooms are very modern and spacious. The location is great and only a few steps from the Metro and an Internet cafe/telephone station. Why stay as a tourist when you can live a local?

Apartamento bem equipado e localizado. Aloja 9 pessoas, embora só com 3 quartos. Proprietários muito atenciosos e cuidadosos. Correspondeu plenamente às nossas expectativas e é uma excelente escolha.

es el departamento mas lindo que vi en Europa en mis 7 viajes al viejo continente, todo reciclado con el mas alto nivel, y lo mas importante la calidez de Juan Antonio, el dueño quien nos recibio de la mejor manera que uno espera y mostrando una confianza admirable. Muchas gracias por todo! Luis.

Wij hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in deze accomodatie in Madrid. De foto's kloppen precies, alleen is het nog iets ruimer als dat het op de foto's lijkt. Het appartement heeft 3 slaapkamers, dus helemaal geschikt voor 3 stellen. Daarnaast heeft 1 slaapkamer een extra bed en kun je in de huiskamer nog een prima slaapplaats creeren. Ook zit het appartement midden in de stad, vlakbij een metro station. Het appartement is goed onderhouden en schoon. Verder laat de eigenaar kruiden voor je achter, handig bij het koken. Tot slot geeft de eigenaar bij aankomst ook nog eens advies over hoe en wat in Madrid.

Kortom een geweldig appartement voor een heerlijk weekend!
