A nice apartment and very friendly owners. The neighbours were very nice and helpful. It was good training to go to the firth floor several times a day. There is no lift.The view of the castle is fantastic in the evening. I would like to rent this apartment again when I go to Alicante.

hello, Our vacation in this place were very nice. This house is clean and is situated very cloce to the beach and to the cener of alicante. the owner is very fiendly and nice person. We could recommended it next travellers. best regards for owner.kate with family.

Our stay was great, even though the weather was not. This is mainly due to the very nice appartment and the extremely kind owner and caretaker.
The appartment is very good: very spacious, in excellent condition and with all the equipment needed. The coffee machine may need replacement though, and also the functioning of the microwave is rather obscure.
The building is along a rather busy road, but as the appartment is on the fourth floor, and bedrooms are on the back, this does not cause any problems. It also has a very nice view over the castle.
The position is ideal, in a very nice district of Alicante, close to many shops, close to the beach, close to the mercado municipal and almost next to the main tram line connecting Alicante with the more northeasterly coastal towns.
We definitely recommend this place.

Our family of 6 stayed at the apartment for our latest vaccation (16-25 okt-09). We found the place very nice, quiet, clean and in a friendly neighbourhood. All neighbours are spanish, the neighbourhood are where the locals go shopping, eating etc. You are not in a touristmachine like the ones you find all surrounding Alicante. Close to beaches, the beutiful oldtowntown, and across the street from a magnificent castle surrounded by a nice greenarea open to the public. We took the tram to beaches (San Juan) and Villa Joiosa, the tram is very close by and takes you everywhere. A busstop is next to the apartment, this bus takes you direectly to the main commercialdistrict in Alicante a few minutes away. Both the city of Alicante, and this apartment, is well worth your time.

Estuvimos alojados durante el mes de diciembre.El piso esta muy bien situado, cerca del nuevo TRAM que te deja en 5 minutos en el centro de Alicante, a un paseito de la playa, justo enfrente del castillo de Santa Barbara. Genial para ir con nenes y tener que llevarlos de un sitio a otro. No hubo necesidad de mantas extra ni de calefactores lo que nos sorprendio porque en otras visitas en otros apartamentos siempre habia sido un problema. Aparte de que nos recibieron con una amabilidad exquisita a pesar de que llegabamos a las tantas de la madrugada. Centrico, limpio, agradable y familiar. Inmejorable, no sera la ultima vez que nos quedemos.

Ottimo alloggio, grande e spazioso, dotato di ogni tipo di elettrodomestico; l'alloggio è vicino alla spiaggia, al centro storico di Alicante, di fronte a una fermata del Bus e a 200 metri da una fermata del Tram.
Molto cordiale la proprietaria.

Note negative:
- non c'è aria condizionata
- vicini molto rumorosi
- scale molto ripide e strette, con mancanza di ascensore

Un alojamiento muy completo y limpio y situado
muy cerca de todo.
Si vuelvo a Alicante otra vez me alojaria en el,pero
no en el mes de agosto pues al no tener aire acondicionado hay que dormir con las ventanas
abiertas y hay mucho ruido del trafico

descobri Alicante por um acaso e desde então( 2006) que todos os anos volto e sempre alojado através da Rentália. São de extrema confiança.

Recién llegadas de tres días maravillosos en Alicante, solo tenemos buenas palabras para el apartamento. Un apartamento que se convierte en tu hogar durante la estancia, amplio, luminoso, cómodo, acogedor, perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario para estar como en casa y con una decoración cuidada al mínimo detalle que demuestra el gusto y la amabilidad de sus propietarias. Totalmente recomendado.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, machte einen gepflegten eindruck. Schnell zum Meer und zum Einkaufszentrum.
