We had a one month stay in this apartment. It was adequately equipped and clean and has a modern touch. The building itself is quiet and well kept, one feels secure and at home in it. Canvis Nous is a side road without motorized traffic, therefore during daytime it is rather quiet.

Since there are 3 Bars in the neighbourhood, during evening and night the street is very lively. If one is looking for a quartier from which one can easily reach the ancient objects of interest in Barcelona: this is the perfect place.

First of all I must say sorry for the late comment on the apartment, it was almost a year since we visited Barcelona but I had an accident and have been busy with recovering.

The area (El Born) is one of the best in Barcelona, if not the best if you want to live in the central parts. Lots of good restaurants and bars, the beach is not far away. We had a little trouble finding when arriving from the airport, but that's pretty normal when coming from another country and visiting for the first time :-)

The apartment itself is very nice and calm even if it's centrally located. Not much noise an the air conditioning is great to have when it's cold.

Lastly, a little tip to Carme... it would be a good idea to rent out bicycles with the apartments. It's a great way to transport when going to the beach or such. I myself would gladly have paid a few extra euros if it would have been possible.

All in all I was very pleased, both with Barcelona and the apartment. It's a beautiful town.

Cosy apartment in a fantastic area of Barcelona, foot steps away from tapas bars, restaurants, bars, terraces, shops, supermarkets and fresh market, 10 min walk to the beach I really reccomand this place!! Located at side alley of all the action so a good night rest is qaranteed!

The apartment is in a fantastic location, and is gorgoeus... perfect for two people (but a group of three friends would find this cool too) - open plan, double bed in a space that is separated by a decent sized/stocked kitchen and a big airy living area with a couch (which occassionally served as a bed - watch the mojitos, they are toooo nice!!)... Lovely Spot - and Carme & her husband are lovely people :)

Excellent pied à terre à Barcelone, très bien situé, spacieux, éclairé, bien équipé, sécuritaire.
Agréable séjour.
Beau quartier mais un peu bruyant la nuit. Festif.
Il n'y a qu'à fermer les fenêtres. Y étions du 16 au 23 avril.

Un buon punto di partenza per visitare la città. L'alloggio è molto confortevole con uno standard elevato rispetto ad altri.
Ottima posizione nella città.

El apartamento es moderno, comodo y lo tiene todo; ademàs està situado en un barrio muy agradable. Los propietarios han sido amables y nos han aiudado cuando hemos tenido problemas (con la lavadora, que es un poco delicada, y con la connession a Internet, que fue repristinada pronto). Como el dormitorio no tiene puerta, quizas el apartamento no sea adecuado para muchas personas, pero creo que para una pareja es perfecto

appartamento bene arredato e confortevole in una dei quartieri più belli ed interessanti di Barcellona. Ottimo punto di partenza per la visita della città la sera sa ha da scegliere tra locali e ristoranti in zona, Port Veil, Barceloneta, etc. Ottima esperienza da ripetere.

Me parecio excelente, bien ubicado y con las comodidades que esperaba.
Todos los que estuvimos alli, lo disfrutamos muchisimo, por sus comodiaddes y por sus cercanias a muchos lugares y al metro.

Une excellente adresse pour concilier visite de la ville et proximité avec les plages. Moderne, tout confort nécessaire, idéal pour un couple (et éventuellement un enfant).
