We are from Oporto (Portugal), and we are in the lodging in June of 2007 and find the apartment very nice, harmonious and calm, very well equipped, and clean. It is in a very good building, with excellent swimming pools, life-guards, pretty gardens, and with whactmens on the building. We like the house very much, the Marina, the good climate and in special the affection and availability of D. Elena Martin. Very thanks and now we are customers.

Stayed here in June 2005. Very nice apartment as advertised. Owner friendly and helpful. Pools (there are three) are very nice and clean, life guards on duty, loungers for hire (1 euro a day) added bonus of a pool bar which serves drinks, ice creams, tapas and other snacks. Access road is a short but steep hill up to the apartment block. Currently building site next to access road but apartment is on other side of apartment block so you don’t hear it. Excellent supermarket at bottom of hill.
Terrific beach restaurant "Lorenzos" just past the Sunset Beach Club and down some steps or the road at the side (filled with locals at the weekend which we always take as a good sign). Lots of nice restaurants on the beach at the "windmill roundabout" (you’ll know what I mean when you get there) recommend the Paella and the steaks are also great cooked on the barbecue.
Benalmadena Marina is also nice lots of cafes, bars and restaurants, great place to watch the world go by.

es perfecto la playa y sobre todo el alojamiento las piscinas muy bien y el apartamento fabuloso.la zona trnquila y para los niños perfecto.

Hemos estado ocho días en este precioso apartamento, el salón es muy amplio y la única habitación que tiene, enorme. El baño también muy grande. También nos ha encantado el sofa-cama! La cocina un poco pequeña, pero no se necesita más. Había de todo lo básico, tanto en la cocina como en el baño. También un kit para ir a la playa.... El complejo está muy bien, las piscinas son magníficas y estan muy limpias. La cuesta para llegar al apartamento bastante pesada con la calor....

unas vacaciones estupendas. todo cerca y ala vez muy tranquilo. el recinto muy bueno con su chiringuito y todo. el apartamento como en las fotos,sin engaños todo muy limpio y amplio.dentro de algun tiempo repetiremos, gracias a la propietaria elena por su atencion

Hemos estado la primera quincena de septiembre y fue tal cual lo esperábamos, sin sorpresas, el entorno de las piscinas muy cuidado, y con su chiringuito (donde además podías comer), supermercado a 100m, la playa y el paseo también, en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para ir con niños. El apartamento impecable y Elena un encanto.El único inconveniente la pendiente tan pronunciada, pero Benalmádena es pendiente y este alojamiento es de los mejorcitos. Un saludo

El apartamento esta muy bien, todo muy limpio, las piscinas estan genial y con el toque del chiringuito ideal. Yo creo que para dos personas esta genial, todo perfecto. Algo que destacar la ubicacion de la playa, que tines que bajar una cuesta y luego algunas escaleras, pero por lo demas no esta mal.

El apartamento es genial, muy bien equipado y situado, ambiente familiar. La unica pega la cuesta y escalinata para bajar a la playa, pero se lleva bien. Todo fenomenal. Si vuelvo por la zona repetiré. Gracias Elena por tu hospitalidad.
