I was looking for a place to stay in madrid, and contacted several apartments, however, this one was exception. First, the service in terms of welcoming setting the appointment, no pressuere, very friendly and understanding people. Second, the apartment is in the Center of the Center! Third, the apartment is modernly furnished, everything was very new and clean, the sheets and towels were even still in their boxes and plastic container. Also, they gave a handfull of brochures and metro map, madrid maps, like I said very helpfull people. Last, it is perfect, much bigger than many studios I stayed around Europe, and it's very modern, shower is really nice and the water pressure is strong. There is a Big supermarket just infront of it, and besides, it's on one of the biggest streets in town, making anything you need very very close. Thank you Raquel :) had a good stay

Tuve la oportunidad de vivir en este piso por un mes, está muy bien ubicado y lo mejor es que no se escucha ningún tipo de ruido exterior, por lo que se puede descansar muy bien, es muy cómodo y moderno, el encargado es muy amable, puede ayudarle en todo cuanto pueda como fue mi caso que no soy de España… La calle Horno de la mata esta justo detrás del Zara de la Gran Vía, camine a cualquier hora de la Madrugada hasta el piso ya que tiene muuuchos lugar3 de un viajero 31/Ene/2011 (sobre una estancia en enero es cerca, siempre me sentí segura, de hecho tiene una estación de policías a unos 150 metros. Recomiendo este sitio ampliamente.

El apartamento está situado a unos metros de la Plaza de Callao. Yo he vivido un mes allí y no he echado nada en falta. Dispone de todas la comodidades, la decoración es muy cuidada, y no falta el mínimo detalle para que tu estancia sea de lo más agradable.Si tengo que volver a Madrid no lo dudaría, repetiría experiencia en este lugar.

We booked this study for 4 days in December. The main reason was that it was cheaper than a hotel and the studio was in the heart of Madrid. Emphasize that a study is very well located, very large and well equipped. A highlight, kindly Iraido, upon receipt and he told us the sites where we could eat and how to get around Madrid. It is just 1 minutes walk from the Gran Via and 5 minutes walk from the Puerta del Sol, Restaurants and places to eat, very well connected with subway and bus to move from place to place is appreciated. The study is spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen. We liked the experience and repeat, undoubtedly better choice than a hotel.

Cogimos de este Estudio para pasar 4 días (puente de Siembre) en Madrid, por que el precio era menor que ir a un hotel en pleno centro de Madrid.

Destacar que es un estudio muy bien situado, muy amplio y perfectamente equipado.
A destacar, la amabilidad de Iraido, al recibirnos y al indicarnos los sitios donde podiamos comer y como movernos por Madrid, esta en pleno centro de Madrid a tan solo 1 minuto andando de la Gran Vía y a 5 minutos andando de la puerta del Sol, con restarurantes y sitios para comer, muy bien comunicado con metro y autobuses y metro, que para andar por Madrid de un sitio para otro se agradece.

Aún siendo un estudio es espacioso, Con una cocina totalmente equipada.

Nos gusto la experiencia y repetiremos, sin duda mejor elección que un hotel.
