We wanted a good house near the see where we could watch sunset. This we found in this very nice, clean and modern street house in Mosteiros. Exciting to watch the daily work of fishermen in the fishing port viewed directly from the veranda. There is a small supermarket quite close which offering all necessities. Mosteiros is a peaceful village with lovely nature and friendly people.

a perfect house for four people who do not look for nearby nightclubs but who wish a nice calm stay close by the sea with splendid sunsets to be viewed from the terrace.

A really nice house in a super position in a lovely village. Maria could not have been more friendly and helpful. We will certainly be returning here.
The beach is only a few hundred yards away, the fishing is good from nearby rocks and in the small harbour opposite the house. There is a small supermarket within 200 yards and several restaurants close by. It takes 30 to 40 minutes to get to Ponta Delgarda and about 45 minutes to get to the surf beach at Ribera Grande. You need to hire a car to get the most out of a holiday here as there is a lot to see all over the Island.

A outstanding sunset (please see it with a botle of good (be sure it should be superb) portuguese wine...My sugest it is:
- for white wine - Lagido (white - Malvasia)from Pico Isdland or
- red wine - Tinto Reserva Esporão garrafa from Alentejo with a good old S. Jorge Old cheesed boughf at Ponta Delgada local markett (there are 2 shops on each corner - taste before buy...).

Il s'agit d'une maison refaite récemment, divisée en 2 logements bien conçus et très bien entretenus. Chaque logement a une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur le petit port de Mosteiros. La petite route qui passe devant la maison est très tranquille.

Maria, la propriétaire, parle bien le français (bien qu'elle prétende le contraire...). C'est une femme attentive et d'une grande gentillesse ; elle a beaucoup contribué, par ses conseils et ses petites attentions à la réussite de notre séjour.

Ce logement est parfaitement situé pour découvrir toute la partie ouest de l'île qui est riche en sites et paysages exceptionnels (nous y avons passé une semaine).

Agradou-me imensamente o que contemplei a partir da Casa do Porto com o nome "Hortênsia". Aliás, a casa é perfeita para descansarmos e descontrairmos. Apreciei a vida na freguesia de Mosteiros e os passeios até Sete Cidades. Já estou com saudades. Quero voltar.

cette location est excellent dans tous les domaines : sa situation est parfaite, toute proche de la mer, l'appartement est très pratique, très propre et parfait pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge. Maria, la propriétaire est adorable et très disponible en cas de besoin...

Schöne grosszügige Wohnung an guter Lage inmitten der einheimischen Bevölkerung. Super Aussicht auf die Bucht und die Wahrzeichen von Mosteiros - die grossen Felsen. Sehr sauber; bei mehrwöchigem Aufenthalt erfolgt pro Woche eine Reinigung und Wäschewechsel. Privatparkplatz vorhanden; haben wir sehr geschätzt.

super bien situé avec vue sur la mer. De même que pour faire des randos ou tourisme autour de Sete Cidades et autres. Accueil chaleureux. Maison moderne et agréable. A recommander.

Wir waren 14 Tage in diesem Ferienhaus und es liegt direkt am Atlantik so wie es auf den Bildern zusehen ist.
Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gut in Schuss, und in ruhiger Lage.
Nach einer Woche wurden Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt.
Die Vermieter sind super nett und fragen hin und wieder ob alles in Ordnung ist, ob etwas fehlt oder ob sie irgendwie helfen können!
Die Vermieterin gibt eine Menge hilfreicher Hinweise und Empfehlungen!
In Mosteiros git es zwei kleine Super Märkte den denen man alles bekommt was man so braucht!
Die Restaurant haben wir nicht ausprobiert da ich ein leidenschaftlicher Hobby Koch bin und im Urlaub endlich mal Zeit dafür habe!
