We spent our holidays for the 3rd time at Villa Falter.
The family is very nice, cordial and hospitable and we feel there at home.
We can use everything that we want without any limitation.
There is a beautiful garden and a private swimming-pool where we swam even at night.
Next to the rented apartment is a terrace where we had breakfast or drank wine in the evening. We are sure to spend the next holidays at Falters’ house again.
The place is also very interesting. The distance to the sea is not so far, only 3-4 minutes on foot.
Furthermore there is a tennis court next to the garden where we played after relaxing for free.
And when just relaxing became kind of boring we did a drive in the mountains because it is very near, too.
We are looking forward to the next holidays there and greet family Falter :)

Hi, waren 2009 schon mal 2 Wochen da, einfach super, deshalb kommen wir in 7 Wochen wieder! Gott sei Dank. Da kann man sich super erholen und kriegt die Herzlichkeit der Familie voll mit.
Einfach hinfahren und sich verwöhnen lassen, ok??

El apartamento (es parte de un casa más grande) está bien para dos personas, más no caben. Al pertenecer a una casa más grande, el patio, jardin y la piscina es compartido con los propietarios de la casa (una pareja de alemanes muy simpáticos). Aunque viven allí, apenas los hemos visto, sólo por la mañana cuando salen al regar el jardín. El jardín es bastante grande y muy bien cuidado, con unas mesas, amacas,... todo lo necesario para descansar.
La urbanización donde se encuentra es bastante tranquila y carece de tiendas, bares,... (por lo menos nosotros nos los hemos visto) en los alrededores. La playa de la urbanización (si se le puede llamar playa) es bastante mala, pero a unos minutos en coche hay unas cuantas playas bastante decentes. También a unos minutos (en coche)se encuentra Estepona, donde también hay playas, bares, restaurantes,... de todo.
Por lo tanto, es Indispensable el coche.
La casa está muy bien para ir en plan tranquilos en la urbanización, en la piscina, jardín (dispone también de columpios para los niños) y no salir mucho.

Points faibles :
- Cette location est une partie de maison habitée par les propriétaires et séparée par une porte que verrouillent les locataires. (Chambre, côté locataires) et (salon, côté propriétaires).
- Literie : bien que saine, la literie et les oreillers sont trés fermes.
- Douche : La température de l'eau difficile à régler.
- Clarté : Aucuns volets ! même pas sur la baie vitrée de la chambre !
- Bruits : Route trés passante

Points forts :
- Accueil chaleureux
- Les propriétaires sont trés discrets.
- L'entrée de la location est à l'arrière et est indépendante.
- Cette location à tout le confort, il ne manque rien.
- La voiture est garée à l'intérieur.

Einen schöneren Urlaub wie hier bei Fa.Falter kann man kaum machen.Hier hat man alles was man will,und noch mehrEs gibt nuur einen richtigen Komentar selbst dort Urlaub machen.und alles was es zu srhen.zu Erleben gibt geniesen.

Es un apartamento muy agradable y con una cocina muy bien equipada. El jardín y la terraza son más bonitos de lo que se puede apreciar en la fotos.
La zona es mucho más tranquila que el resto de la Costa del Sol y tiene las mejores playas.Todos los miembros de la familia Falter son encantadores.

Wir sind als Gäste gekommen und sind wie ein Teil der Familie Falter geworden. Sowohl Wohnung als auch Außenbereich sind sehr großzügig und sauber. Der Pool und der Außenbereich würden täglich von den Eigentümern tiptop gesäubert. Wenn wir Wünsche hatten, wurden uns diese sofort erfüllt. Familie Falter sen. und jun. unterstützten uns in allen Belangen. Sogar der Grill wurde (nach unserer Benutzung) gereinigt. Der Wohnbereich der Eigentümer stand auch uns und besonders Tochter immer offen. Kurzum: Urlaub pur mit allen Freiheiten und ganz viel Herz. Sehr zu empfehlen !!!

Es ist wirklich so, wie auf den Bildern. Sehr herzliche Vermieter, die deutsch sprechen. Sie wohnen im gleichen Haus. Viel Platz auf dem Grundstück. Alles bestens gepflegt und alle Wünsche werden erfüllt. Wir 2 waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen es wärmstens weiter.
