ACCESS, USERNAME AND PASSWORD
I cannot enter my username and password
Because of safety reasons, to access your accommodations on Rentalia.com you must enable the cookies on your navigator.
To check if the configuration is correct, or to set the configuration, follow these steps:
For Internet Explorer:
On the Tools menu, select "Internet Options"
Select the "Privacy" tab
Click on the Advanced Level
Select:
"Override automatic cookie handling"
First-party Cookies: "Accept"
Third-party Cookies: "Accept"
"Always allow session cookies"
Then click on "OK" and then "OK" again.
For Netscape / Mozilla:
In the "Edit" browser menu bar select Preferences
In the Preferences dialog box select "Advanced"
Select the option "Cookies"
In the option list click on "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server "
"OK"
For Firefox:
In the "Tools" browser menu bar select "Options"
Select the "Privacy" tab and then click on "Cookies"
Check "Allow sites to set cookies" and then OK.
I cannot remember my username and password
You can receive a reminder of your username and password by inserting your email in the following link: remember password . You will receive your access codes again by email.
Can I change my password?
In the section Owners, insert your present username and password. At the top on the right you will see your username and right next to it "Edit profile". You will be able to modify your password or any of your personal details (these details are not published and are only used for contact by Rentalia.com staff).
REGISTERING AS AN OWNER
How do I register on Rentalia?
On the tab for Owners, click on Create a free user. Insert your personal details, accept the conditions of service and we will provide you with your access codes (username and password) by email.
Important: If any messages appear in red, read them carefully. The username that you have chosen may have been taken by another owner or your email may already appear on our system.
How do I insert my accommodation on Rentalia?
Go to add an accommodation and follow the steps. It will only take you 10 minutes.
PROMOTIONS AND PRICES
How do I renew the Promotion?
You can send us an email to comercial@rentalia.com indicating:
- the reference number of the accommodation you would like to renew,
- the type of promotion you would like,
- for how long
- how you would like to make the payment (direct debit or bank transfer).
We will send you an email to confirm that it has been received and that your request has been processed.
You can also telephone us directly on 91 523 31 04.
Method of payment
To carry out the payment, the most common method is by direct debit. In order to do this, please send us the 20 digits of your bank account. We will make one single charge for the promotion plus the 16% VAT (if applicable).
There is also the possibility of carrying out a bank transfer for the promotion charge plus the 16% VAT to our account:

Please include the type of promotion and the accommodation reference.: Ref. xxxx. If you have any doubts you can email us on comercial@rentalia.com.
If you are doing a bank transfer, you will have to send us the proof of payment by fax to 91 522 8289 or by e-mail.
In both cases (direct debit or bank transfer), we will need your details to send you the Receipt:
· First name and surname of the person or company whose name will appear on the receipt
· Address
· NIF/CIF (Tax number)
· Post Code
· Town
· Province or county
· Country
MODIFYING DETAILS
Modifying the user details
The user details are only used for the contact between you and Rentalia. To modify them, insert your username and password in the section Owners. Your username will appear at the top on the right and right next to it "Edit profile". Click on "Edit Profile" and you will be able to modify your details.
If you modify your email or telephone number, the system will ask you if you would also like to update the email or telephone number on your contact details for travelers (published in the accommodation page). If you agree, the accommodation contact details will be modified. If you do not agree, the user details will have changed and the contact details for travelers will have remained the same.
Modifying the details of the accommodation.
These are only the accommodation details: contact, characteristics, etc (information that is published so that the travelers are able to contact you). You can modify any type of information "on-line" by entering with your username and password in Owners and clicking on the red box "modifying" for each accommodation. Please ensure that you save the modifications. In approximately two days they will have been checked and the modifications will be published.
Can I change the photographs in my advertisement?
If you would like to change the photographs you should send us the new ones to fotos@rentalia.com indicating the reference number of the accommodation. They will be checked and published in a maximum of 2 days at no additional cost.
SERVICES FOR OWNERS
Availability: How do I update the availability?
Enter the section Owners with your username and password. Once you have entered, you will be able to see your accommodations. For each accommodation, on the right, there is a small icon with the form of a calendar like this: (which says"Avail"). Click on the calendar and you will be able to edit the occupation of your accommodation. Please ensure that you always "save" before leaving the section..
Update your availability and you will receive more bookings for your free dates.
Last minute: How can I make my accommodation appear in the Last Minute Offers?
In the last minute search engine all the Classic and Premium promotions appear that have updated their availability (the last update less than 1 month ago). Your accommodation will appear on the dates that you have vacancies. Important: Remember that you must update your availability at least once a month to continue appearing on this search engine. Every month we will remind you to do so by email.
Statistics: How can I see my statistics?
Enter Owners with your username and password. Once you have entered, you will be able to see your accommodations. For each accommodation on the right there is a small icon in the form of a graph like this: (which says "Stats"). Click here and you will see the statistics of your accommodation, the total number of visits, broken up into months and days.
Languages: Can I publish my advertisement in other languages?
Your advertisement appears entirely in Spanish and English. The English translation is free. As you may know, Rentalia is also published entirely in French and German and can also show your accommodation description texts in these languages. If you have these texts, you can send them to us and we will publish them free of charge. If you do not have the texts, Rentalia has translators that will be able to translate them at a low cost.

Examples of contracts for safe transactions
As you will probably know, Rentalia offers an information publishing service so that there is a direct contact between the traveler and the owner. Therefore, the traveler and owner are responsible for the transaction. In order to help with this, we have published a small summary on how these rentals are regulated and we can offer some examples of reservation documents and contracts to ensure a correct transaction between both parties.

How do the users contact me?
Rentalia has no interference between the owners and users. The contact is direct with the owner. On the advertisement you will find the contact telephone numbers and emails. Neither does Rentalia charge a commission for the reservations made by the owners.
What does my position on the search depend on?
When you do an accommodation search with any kind of characteristics (capacity, distance from the beach, with a pool...), first the accommodations that coincide exactly with the search will appear. Among these, the order is as follows: the first promotions to appear are the Premium Promotions, in order of seniority. Following these are the Classic Promotions and lastly the free promotions (only possible in provinces where there are less than 30 published accommodations). Within the Promotions of the same range, the most important thing is the seniority date, i.e. the contract date of each accommodation on Rentalia.
When does my accommodation appear in the international search engines?
With the Premium Promotions and Classic Promotions your accommodation will be activated in the international search engines. You must understand that this appearance is not automatic, as it takes time for them to collect the information.
