The accommodation

Extremely clean, lovely and bright new flat located only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The views from all the rooms are to the Andalucian countryside. This flat is fully furnished and it´s got its own parking space and storage space. Located in a quite area of the village but with good services such as: bars,pizzeria, supermarkets, easily reaching the city centre with its market, banks...

The flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 3 single beds. Also, the reception room has a double sofa bed. The terrace has a table and a couple of chairs with views to the countryside.

The flat is located in an area called La Laguna. Chipiona has a coastal line of 12600 metres. The beach serving the flat has footpaths to access the beach and to preserve the dunes area.

Setting

Chipiona is a fishing town, its economy is based on tourism, farming and agriculture mainly of flowers that are exported all over the world. Excellent gastronomy, "el tapeo" is a way of living, there you can enjoy good fish, meat and wine.

The main attraction are the beaches of white and fine sand. These waters are highly beneficial due to the high levels of iodine proven to have a benefitial role on the body. The beaches are ideal for swimming, practicing water sports and fishing. It has been awarded with the Blue Flag of the Clean Seas of Europe and Andalucia Quality Destination.

Only 5km away you can enjoy La Ballena golf course. Jerez de la Frontera airport is only 30 km away and Seville airport is only 90km away. Both airports are well served by low cost airlines and other europeans airlines.
