There is a garage for 2 cars and a lift up to the attic with a remote-controlled entrance.
There is a pool for residents and a play yard for children. This apartment is located on a very quiet estate of family houses, and occasional low-rise buildings, such as that where this attic is located which is a four-storey construction. Sea views from all the rooms.

The city of Valencia is 15 km away with its pleasure port. It is on the shores of La Albufera, a natural enclave – the only natural freshwater lagoon beside the sea, where it is possible to take boat trips to spot the different species of migratory birds that nest in this area.
A few kilometres away is the magnificent golf course beside the sea, immense in the natural setting of el Saler.
Nearby there is a large go-karting course. All the beaches in the area are adapted for people with reduced movement.

Golf, go-karting, visits to emblematic places (Albufera, City of the Arts and Sciences,…), cultural visits (cathedral, fish wharf, central market, Columbus Square, the Palace of the Marquis of dos Aguas, etc.), as well as gastronomic visits to taste typical Valencian cuisine, such La Paella, All i Pebre, Fideua, etc… in a small village in the Albufera known as El Palmar.

Great for families
We had a great stay at Juan José and Rosa Maria's appartment. The apartment was very clean, well appointed, and our hosts had been very kind to supply us with a cot for our toddler. Although there are potted cacti and aloes on the terrace, we were able to feel that the apartment was safe for him. Although there was plenty of on-street parking, Juan José let us use his basement parking space. There is a lift in the building. It is a quiet residential area with a well-stocked supermarket nearby. At the time we visited, El Perello felt very much like an out-of-season holiday town. Because we were travelling with young children, we didn't get out much in the evenings, but even on a 9pm supermarket run it didn't seem there was much life in the bars and eateries of town. It is perfectly located for the beach. The pool was too cold to swim in, but what could we expect in November? We were well located for Valencia, the airport, and day trips to Cullera, Sueca and Xativa.
We were in August with two kids, good place, good sea, very convenient house and beautiful flat. Owners are pleasant people. Everything was good, we went to have a rest on the sea and we got it.
