It only applies to people over 16 years.

cancellations:
The cancellation of a reservation will have the following expenses, depending on the date of cancellation:
- No show: 100% penalty of the amount of the reserve
- Cancellation made between 1 and 2 days before check-in, penalty of 35% of the amount of the reserve.
- Cancellation made between 3 and 9 days before check-in, penalty of 25% of booking amount.
- Cancellation made between 10 and 15 days before check-in, penalty of 15% of the booking amount.
- Cancellation made more than 15 days before check-in, penalty of 10% of the booking amount.
