The accommodation

This villa belongs to the group of Villas Menorcahome and it is situated in the resort of Cala´n Bosch, which is located in the municipal district of Ciutadella. The house is some 200 metres from the sea and 600 metres from the beach. The plot is about 500m2 and the total floor area of the house is 135 m2. The villa is modern in style and square in shape.

There is private parking available for 2 cars.

The exterior terrace is shaded by a wooden pergola which leads to the swimming pool. At one side of the house there´s a barbecue.

On the ground floor you will find the living room with dining area which leads out onto the exterior terrace and into the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is long and at the end of it you have access to the rear part of the garden. The house has 4 bedrooms in total. One double with double bed is located on the ground floor, together with a bathroom with a shower.

Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. The bedroom is large and comfortable with enough space for either a cot or another bed for a child. On the same floor we have 2 further bedrooms with twin beds each, suitable for either 2 children or 2 adults. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted in wooden wardrobes. The third and final bathroom with shower is also to be found on this floor.
